Month 2 update

So I have continued to eat very low fat longer than I had originally planned to. As far as fat loss goes, I did not lose much. For the first 3 weeks I ate closer to 4000 calories and maintained my weight. It wasn't until I ate closer to 3000-3300 calories that I started to lean out very slightly. I started weighing around 148, and I am about 145-146 today. I do notice only a slight fat loss, which is expected since I was eating over 3000 calorie almost every day. As far as the gym goes, my deadlift and deep squat both increased slightly (170 deep squat 5x5, 285 deadlift for one rep).

Here is the totals for the last 2 months. The first two week were close to 4000 calories and the last month or so were closer to 3100-3400 calories.

3496 calories
715 grams carbs (464 grams sugar, 193 grams starch, 43 fiber)
154 grams protein
11.6 grams fat (1.8 grams pufa, 2.8 grams mufa, 4.8 grams saturated)
139 mg cholesterol
7 grams alcohol

I added in liver twice in the last few weeks which explains the higher cholesterol. I also really upped the starch this past month and lowered the sugar just due to cravings. I've been eating a LOT of rice krispies, artisan bread from trader joes with no added oils, pretzels with no oils, white rice, and some pasta and potatoes.

I also eat over 4000 calories still at least one out of every 10 days.

I plan to keep fat very low for more weeks to come to hopefully keep leaning out at just over 3000 calories, including the re-feed day.
